Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2012 is one of the world's rarest prestige rosé Champagnes, made only in exceptional vintages. The 2012 shows brilliantly, unwinding in the glass with a beautiful bouquet of fresh peach, bergamot, strawberries, tangerine and blanched almonds that's still quite reserved. Full-bodied with bright acidity and a fine, persistent mousse. Blend: 56% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay. No malolactic fermentation. Dosage: 8 g/L. Still youthful — expect 5 to 6 more years of cellar development. 1.5 liter Magnum format.
